Gyaraga is the main character from the Galaga series. Gyaraga lives through his first missions fighting the bugs that journey through space.

In the popular Namco video game, Galaxian, Gyaraga makes its first appearence (as Galaxip). At first, Gyaraga is slow at firing, however, he gains his accuracy and speed in later games.

In Galaga, Gyaraga returns. He makes firing even more interesting as he attacks the bugs and the evil commanders once again. Gyaraga saves his planet of Galaga and returns in victory.
